We are accepting petitions for various prayers, such as for breaking off bad relationships, good fortune in regard to recovering from disease and the protection from evil, amongst other things.
Since there may be days where, due to other ceremonies we are unable to accept applications for prayers along with admission into the sanctum, please call in advance for reservation.

For those who are not able to visit the shrine

Orders for prayers are accepted by post for those living at a distance and unable to visit the shrine.

Please write down your name, address, birthday, as well as your wish, and send together with the required fee by registered cash mail. If you write down your name in Chinese Characters please be sure to write down the reading as well.

Also, if the person applying for prayers (the sender) is representing the person for whom the prayers are to be held (such as in case when parents apply for prayers for their children), please write down the name, address, birthday of both persons and also your relationship to that person (from your standpoint). If you wish to break off a relationship please write down the name, address and birthday of the person concerned, as far as you are able to ascertain.

※If a third party is involved, please fill in the information concerning that person.
